Busch Vacuum (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dr. Ing K. Busch GmbH, Germany. It officially opened its business office and supporting service and warehouse facilities for Mainland China including Hong Kong on 1st August 2001. Since the founding of Busch in 1963 in Germany, the company policy has been customer oriented thinking in terms of supply of high quality and competitively-priced products and excellent technical and service back-up, which has led Busch to become the leader in the development of new vacuum products using the latest technology both in design and manufacture to meet the vacuum requirements of industries worldwide. Busch now has six manufacturing plant locations in Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, USA and UK to cater for the world-wide need for our renowned vacuum pumps and systems. Together with a world-wide subsidiary and representative network consisting of more than 37 local companies in 27 countries including Busch China, we are committed to serve customers throughout the world. Our vacuum pumps and systems serve a host of industries ranging from pharmaceuticals, petrochemical/chemical, packaging, plastics, food, electronic and other challenging applications such as in the semiconductor industry. Our manufacturing facilities which are certified to ISO-9001, guarantee constant development of our quality plans thereby assuring customers that their Busch equipment will perform efficiently and with outstanding dependability. Indeed, our Shanghai office and service centre was set up to oversee the distribution network and maintenance support in the Mainland China & Hong Kong. The objective of our local office is to provide a focused as well as committed effort in our technical sales, product advice and after-sales maintenance and service to all existing as well as future customers. Our new facilities in Songjiang Industrial Estate with a floor area of nearly 4000m2 come with well equipped repair and service facilities for both dry and wet pumps repair, inventory for new pump and spare parts as well as our team of professional and well-trained sales, technical and service personnel who are always ready to provide fast and efficient sales and after-sales support to the local market and customers. Indeed, the new sales and service centre will have the capability to overhaul dry pumps (all major manufacturers), oil filled rotary vane pumps (all major manufacturers) and turbo molecular pumps (all major manufacturers), in clean room conditions. This is a significant investment in China, illustrating the commitment that Busch have to the vacuum pump industry. Having grown globally from strength to strength in most sectors of the industry, customer satisfaction and confidence have enabled us to enjoy a higher market share in vacuum pumps and systems supply & related services. With increasingly advanced equipment, often state-of-art as well as electronic, professional installation and reliable after-sales service are essential.
